 Delivery time in EU is 5 workdays.

Delivery time Outside EU is 15 days.

You can have your package delivered to your home or workplace on weekdays from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Please make sure you provide an address where the delivery company can easily find you or your representative (e.g. a family member, the receptionist at your work, etc.).

If you choose to pay cash on delivery please make sure that you or the person receiving your package has the payment ready.

When submitting your order you can leave a note with the specifics of the delivery (e.g. doorbell number, reception details, name of the person who will take the package, etc.)

If you experience any difficulties during delivery please call our logistics partner, GLS. Their customer service team will be able to provide details of the delivery using the tracking number you received in your confirmation email.

 

PICK-UP IN PERSON SHIPPING INFORMATION
